Once an online,  written or verbal booking has been accepted by The Prism Works, the client will have entered into an agreement to have a healing or coaching session or embark on a healing programme based on the following terms and conditions: 

Payment:

Payment is taken through the website via a secure payment system at the time of your booking request.

All major credit cards are accepted by our secure payment gateways, Stripe and Paypal.

Cancellations and Refunds:

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required before the start of a client's appointment time if a change or cancellation is to be made to the appointment time or date. Payment is charged in full if the session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if the client fails to attend.

While a 14-day change of mind cancellation window applies to any advance payment for services and programmes, refunds will not be made once a client has had a session. Please notify The Prism Works of any change-of-mind cancellations within 14 days of purchase by writing to hello@theprismworks.com and a full refund for your programme or session will be made as long as you haven’t already started your programme or completed your session.

Payments for programmes are valid for the duration of that programme from the time of the first session of the programme. It will not be possible to schedule a session beyond the set timeframes.

Refunds for lost time in a session will not be made due to a client being late.

In the rare event that I have to reschedule a client’s booked session, I will get in touch as soon as possible to find an alternative time that is most convenient for you.

I have the right to refuse or discontinue working with a client at any point and am not obliged to issue any refunds in such a case. Circumstances where this may apply include, but are not limited to:

• The client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

• Recent surgery

• The client behaves in an inappropriate or offensive manner

• The client is or becomes physically unwell

The Client’s Responsibilities:

Please make sure you are sitting down in a comfortable, quiet place with a stable internet connection prior to your appointment time.

Please make sure to show up online on time for your appointment.

It is recommended that you refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming recreational drugs for at least 48 hours before and after your session to allow for the maximum positive effects of your healing session.

It is important to make sure you are hydrated by drinking lots of water prior to your session.

While the client shall have the practitioner's full attention during each session, advice from the practitioner should not be expected on an ad hoc basis outside of session times unless otherwise agreed.

Your Personal Information

During a client’s treatment consultation we will need to collect personal information which is important for our client-practitioner relationship and will be used to tailor sessions. This information is strictly confidential. We will maintain its accuracy by updating it as advised by the client.

The Prism Works healing and reading sessions may at times address specific personal issues, challenges or general conditions in a client’s life or profession. All information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential with the exception of any information which, if withheld, may result in danger to the client or others.

Effectiveness of Services

The Prism Works does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any healing session or programme.

The client holds the ultimate responsibility for creating and allowing positive change in their life.
