Where does the guidance come from?

As with her energy healing sessions, Elizabeth connects to Source through a meditative process during her readings. Plugged into the bright white light of the highest plane of existence, guidance is channeled directly from there. However, angels, ancestors who have crossed over and other higher beings may also step in with messages.

Elizabeth also takes astrological influences into account and works with the Rider–Waite Tarot deck when called to during her readings.
